bblend is a term we can use to describe our behavior in terms of doing well, not being bad, not doing well, or not doing well.
bblend is probably the hardest thing to understand. It’s not just “doing well” in the sense of being good at something. To be good at something you need to do it at the highest level. Good at something means you have a high IQ. But you also have to have the right attitude to do it. And unfortunately there are a lot of people who don’t have the right attitudes about what it means to be a good person.
Its one of those things that seems like quite a bit of effort. All of the behaviors that we do in life are pretty much a series of choices. We can do some very unhealthy behaviors to get somewhere, like smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol, but also we can do some very healthy behaviors to get somewhere, like exercising or taking the stairs.
The bad attitude is that we should make a little effort to get good at what we do, but we can’t. Because the more you do something that is unhealthy, the more you have to work on it. So the bad attitude is that we should quit worrying about what it is that we are doing. That’s where the bad attitude comes in.
The good attitude is that it is okay to be healthy! That means that if you are going to do something that is unhealthy, you should work on it to be good at it. The bad attitude is that we should never give up.

In a world where we can just walk into the grocery store and pick up a whole bunch of food and then go home and cook it, we all really need to take a closer look at how we treat ourselves. We need to start doing it all the time instead of just going for a day at the spa and then saying “I’m going to go to the spa for a day,” and then we find out that we are not going to get any actual work done.
We need to start saying that we would like to do things a little differently, a little more self-aware, and that the way we are doing it is not working for us. We need to start saying that we would like to do good things for ourselves, and that we know that we are a special breed of human who have the ability to do so.
I am not very good at keeping myself from saying those things to myself. It would be like if I kept from saying that I need time to myself instead of time-killing deadlines. It’s hard to say anything nice, it is not easy to say anything productive.
