I have been following the website dr.model since I was a teenager. I am not a professional model, but I am a former professional model who still thinks that I have a lot of potential. The website is filled with tips and advice for many different areas of modeling.
I was on the website awhile back and I was impressed with a few of the things that were said.
For instance, one of the most common questions I get asked is “How do I get a real camera with a lens on it?” I get the same question often, and I’m afraid I might have the answer for you. While I can’t speak for anyone else’s particular situation, I can tell you that I have learned how to use a range of different cameras and lenses.
I can only advise you to get a camera like the Canon T2i or a Nikon DSLR with a wide angle lens. I personally suggest the Sony NEX7 or Canon EOS-1D Mark IV. I’ve used both of these cameras for both model poses and full-body shots.
I’ve always wondered if there might be a camera more suitable for the “lens-only” model (like the Nikon D810 or Canon 5D Mark II). The Nikon D810 has a full-frame sensor and a lens that can be attached to it, so it could be the camera for you.
It’s always a good idea to get a camera that has a wide angle lens, because the wide angle lens can make it a bit easier to shoot from various angles. Having a wide angle lens also makes it easier to shoot in the dark, which is a very important consideration when shooting indoors. Some lenses are also designed to be easy to attach to the camera body.
It’s possible that the 2nd-generation D810 may have only a 2.8-megapixel sensor and a 1.6-megapixel lens, but it’s not clear how it would help. In the first prototype test, it was a bit too hard to get a 1.6-megapixel sensor and the 2.8-megapixel sensor isn’t much better.
The model that came with the D810 does have a 2.8-megapixel sensor, and the second-generation D810 also comes with a 1.6-megapixel lens. It’s possible that a 1.6-megapixel sensor is good enough for indoor shots, but a 2.8-megapixel sensor is not so much of a boost.
On the other hand, you can get the D810 for free, so if you want to save the hassle of buying a camera, you can save some money and just get a D810.
The first-generation D810 has a 1.6-megapixel sensor, and the second-generation D810 has a 2.8-megapixel sensor. Both of which are great for low-light shots, but the 1.6-megapixel sensor doesn’t do much better at high-ISO.
