I think that for many of the problems that we associate with externalizing, the solution is in here. If we can identify the root cause of a problem, we can start to see where it comes from and then start to fix it.
The way we think about externalizing problems is that there are many different ways that people can “externalize” a problem, and each type of externalizing is just in a different place on the brain. To put it another way, externalizing a problem is a way to get rid of the problem. But in a way, externalizing is a kind of self-care. We externalize a problem and we are then free to be our best self.
When we externalize a problem, we become a different person for a little while. Our brain processes it and then we are able to be our best self again. As a result, we can then be free to go about our life and be the person that we want to be. This is an effect that we can all experience in our own ways.
Externalizing problems is not an easy task. It’s not something that we can just do and not have repercussions. So if we have a problem, the first thing we should do is externalize that problem. That means finding a way to get rid of the problem. The problem we externalize is our problem. We can then turn the problem around and be our best self again.
Externalization is not a new thing, but it’s a very different skill set. The problem with externalizing problems is that unless we externalize the problem, there’s no way to fix it. The problem is a problem. We can’t change someone’s problem. We can only change how we handle it.
Externalizing problems is not just an option to try and change the problem, but an option to actually fix it. By externalizing the problem, we can turn our problem around and make it a better one. We might then be able to deal better with it in the future, and the problem could be dealt with by someone else. Externalizing the problem means giving it to someone else. The problem is a problem. It is not the problem, but someone else.
Externalizing the problem means finding a way to change it so that it is no longer a problem for that person. This can be an internal process, where we become more comfortable with our inner self, or an external process, where we make our problem a public one.
Externalization sounds like a good idea, and if we can do it for ourselves we can do it for others too. However, before we can do this we need to do a lot of work on ourselves, or else we will not be able to do it at all, and that is what we are currently doing. Externalizing a problem means finding a way to solve it ourselves, and it is our job to solve it ourselves.
Externalizing the problems we’ve experienced in our lives is not so hard, we just need to find a way for ourselves to feel comfortable doing it. We have to learn what it means to be comfortable doing something, to accept ourselves as we are and how we are doing things. We have to be willing to make a public problem our problem just like we would have to tell someone else, or else we won’t be able to do it at all.
This is something that was not mentioned in the trailer, but it is the most important thing that can happen to us when we get our inner problems out into the open. If we can find a way for ourselves to see and feel the problem we’ve had, we can fix it. It takes practice to be able to see and feel the problem, but you need to be able to do it to fix it.
