In the new Pokémon X and Y games, there are a few powerful creatures that can be found in the wild. One of these is Type Null, which has some unique abilities that make it an extremely useful team member. However, players will never be able to breed type null themselves because its gender is always set to null. In this blog post we’ll talk about how to get type null into your game as well as what makes this creature so special!
Type null can only be obtained through a special event or by trading.
Once you get type null, it will have all the same stats as any other creature in Pokémon X and Y. This means that typing Null is very useful for capturing wild monsters of any type!
The primary ability that makes this pokemon so unique is its hidden ability called Wonder Guard. It’s an amazing defense against many types of moves; however, some very powerful attacks still do damage to it instead of being deflected back.
Type null also has access to high powered physical attacks like Hyper Beam, which provide dynamite offensive power! And with no weaknesses (except Fighting) there are few problems this Pokemon can’t solve without outside help.
Type null can’t evolve. It has a base stat total of 580, and you’ll need to use some other Pokemon as the focus for its evolution chain!
Get Null Types in Pokémon X and Y: How To Find Them
Type null is found through a special event or by trading with another player who already owns one. Once you get type null, it will have all the same stats as any other creature in Pokémon X and Y. It’s an amazing defense against many types of moves; however, some very powerful attacks still do damage to it instead.
The only downside is that type null cannot learn any moves or abilities outside of Wonder Guard. This means it will be locked into using this move throughout your entire game. However, Wonder Guard becomes more powerful than ever with each new gym badge; plus there are still plenty of side quests and wild battles where Null’s unique strengths come in handy!
If you want an easy time capturing different types of pokemon without worrying about resistance, then type null can make life much easier on your journey through X & Y! Once you reach level 100 though, try to balance out your team with pokemon who can learn other moves, otherwise they will be useless against the Elite Four.
It’s also important to note that Pokemon Bank does not recognize null type Pokémon for trading purposes at this time; however, there is a workaround if you want to transfer it between games on an upgraded copy of X or Y so that your friends can see them in battle! Keep reading below and we’ll show you how!
How To Transfer Type Null Between Games: If both players have an upgraded copy of Pokémon X or Y, the player with a type null can use an Action Replay or similar device to change their own party so that it is all Type Null. The other player can then trade them back without any issues and they will be able to view those Pokemon in battle!

Remaining Sentences:
This does not work with all games. If both players have an upgraded copy of Pokémon Red, Blue or Yellow then they can trade type null to each other without any issues and the player trading back will be able to view them in battle.
In order for this workaround to work please note that you must use a legitimate Action Replay device such as the GameShark (not those offered on eBay). Please do not ask us how to get one; we cannot provide support if your machine is illegal!
Cut out clones are also possible between two upgraded copies of X or Y when both parties still have their original party intact except for what was traded away.
The only way around cloning your whole team is to trade what you want cloned to the other player in advance, and then trading back.
The following are side effects that can happen with a type null Pokémon:
There may be some delays when trying to breed them (we recommend using a DS system rather than an emulator). The game will still show that breeding was successful but it will not work for eggs or even result in egg hatching at all!
After evolving such a Pokémon into something else there’s no way of getting its original moveset back without resetting your game. If this happened by accident we highly suggest restarting from scratch as soon as possible since data cannot be recovered once deleted permanently.
A video about how to get Type Nulls:
In Pokémon X and Y, you can get Type Nulls by breeding two Ditto together.
However, to do so it’s recommended that hat you want cloned to the other player in advance, and then trading back.
