Join our live webinar today to learn the secrets of mindfulness, how to identify and de-escalate negative emotions, how to recognize what is working for you and what is not, how to make the most out of your time, and much more.
Today’s webinar is on the topic of mindfulness, and it’s free and open to all.
Mindfulness is a mental discipline that helps you focus on the present moment without getting annoyed by things that are going on in your head. A lot of the time, we go into autopilot and forget that we’re in a time loop. Mindfulness is about being aware of what is going on in your mind and what’s going on in your life.
It’s hard to be aware when you’re in a loop. One of the main reasons people get stuck in their own loops is because they don’t want to be aware of what is happening in their own lives. It is much easier to just go along with the autopilot and accept what is happening to you.
Thats an interesting concept, but at the end of the day, autopilot is what you make it and not the other way around. If you want to go deeper into mindfulness and awareness, check out some of these other great books by David DeSteno, which contain a lot of great exercises that can help you to be more aware of what is going on with your thoughts, feelings, actions, and more importantly, your body.

It will get you to a point where you’re able to go back to the beginning. It doesn’t have anything to do with how you’d spend your money, but it’s a great way to get your mind on the things that matter.
It helps that DeSteno is also a physical fitness writer. He explains what exercises and routines can help you to stay in better shape, and the power of repetition.
My personal favorite part of the webinar is when DeSteno talks about “the power of repetition.” It’s incredibly powerful to hear that we can build muscle by exercising, and it’s also great to realize that the only way to truly lose weight is by reducing the number of calories we eat. DeSteno explains that if you are constantly doing the same thing, you’re likely to continue doing it for years and years without much change.
The webinar ends with DeSteno’s advice to avoid eating too much fast food once youve built up your muscle. We can all agree that eating a lot of fast food will eventually make you fat, but it is a lot easier to avoid that route if you avoid the unhealthy foods you are craving.
