While these positions are not exactly for people with a college degree, a college degree is still a good idea for many people. But it does help if you have a lot of flexibility in your schedule and can work from anywhere. The good news is that most remote care coordinators have a college degree and a number of other certifications such as nursing, health care administration, and/or social work. But that does not mean they are all fully-trained on-site.
