Dr Pepper Can: We’re really feeling dr pepper can, even though it’s not a person like the others. Maybe because he was just introduced last year and we don’t know much about him yet! Plus his name is so catchy – Dr Pepper ! But also because there aren’t any other non-human beings in the Hall of Fame . He’ll fit right in with our long list of humanistic rockers (although some might say that Jim Morrison isn’t actually human). We can see where they were going when they tried to tie him into an actual drink by sponsoring one, but at least it isn’t orange soda like that other soft drink.
Rolling Stone Magazine: It’s not the first time Rolling Stone has been inducted, but it is a huge honor to be recognized among all of these other influential rockers. We’re sure we’ll find out more about them in their upcoming issue – they always have some great articles and interviews with people from our industry! Plus, who could forget when Jann Wenner started this legendary magazine back in 1967? He was just seventeen years old then (and he still looks good today!). And how many magazines can you say are still running after almost fifty years? Sometimes we wish dr pepper can would’ve started his own music magazine so he could join this special club, too!
