At the beginning of this year, I bought a house in St. Paul, Minnesota. The house wasn’t finished yet, but the seller was selling it. I was planning on going for a visit and would be staying with my boyfriend who is a big fan of the city. I decided that I would need one more night at the house before I would be returning to my boyfriend’s place in St. Paul.
I went to the house, but hadnt really been sleeping in it. I had my boyfriend come over, but he hadnt wanted to stay over. I thought the house may have had issues, because I could see a lot of dust on the carpet and the bathroom sink was covered in a thick layer of dust. By the time I got to bed, I told my boyfriend that I was not going to sleep in the house.
I think what people do is that they sleep in their own house and that its the same as leaving a door unlocked or a window open. I think that it is a good idea to leave the door unlocked while you are asleep, but it is bad idea to leave the windows open. If you are asleep and you hear someone walking around, you are much less likely to get up and confront them.

The important thing is to make sure that we eat enough healthy foods to keep us healthy. In this way, if we get enough sleep it is not very hard for us to keep our energy up.
